Barbara Heise is a broker who has been in the real estate industry since 1974.  In addition to representing buyers and sellers Barbara has expertise in property development, property management and mortgage banking.  The majority of Barbara's business has been concentrated on urban and inner suburban living and promoting the advantages of diversity in housing stock and cultures.  Barbara has lived in University City since 1978.

Irene Hasegawa is a native St. Louisan whose background is in sales and marketing.  Her first home in St. Louis was an Ann Wotka renovation at the beginning of the revitalization of Benton Park.  Irene has been in real estate development and renovation since 1998.  She has lived abroad and thinks out of the box with regard to the housing market.  Irene and her family live in Kirkwood.
